The Venue at Turkey Ridge

David and Marie Brinkley, Kings Mountain locals, originally purchased a horse barn along with thirty-three acres of rolling countryside to use for agricultural purposes. However, as they began dismantling the horse stalls and envisioning the possibilities, they quickly realized this barn was something truly special. From the back of the property, the breathtaking view stretches out like a scene from the North Carolina mountains—serene, expansive, and full of natural beauty.

Inspired by that incredible landscape, the Brinkleys decided to create something that would allow others to experience it as well. They built an outdoor amphitheater designed to frame the stunning backdrop and make it a centerpiece for celebrations. Today, the venue encompasses over 8,000 square feet and features a variety of amenities to elevate any special occasion—from weddings to family gatherings and corporate events.

What began as a simple agricultural project has grown into a place where memories are made and moments are shared, all surrounded by the peaceful charm of the Carolina countryside.
